We love pets but unfortunately, we cannot accept them as the next tenants may strongly object to having had an animal in their room prior to their stay. One dog, under 30 lbs., possible only for weekly Cottage stay (advanced permission req’d). Smoking in designated areas only. We specialize in family reunions, wedding parties, and get-togethers. Please call well in advance to ensure you can reserve all of the rooms.
One (1) month cancellation notice is required during most events. (i.e.. Masters, Aiken trials, etc.)
Otherwise 3 days is sufficient. If we can re-rent the room or cottage we will gladly give you a refund. Otherwise we will have to charge. Our week runs from Sunday through Sunday.
